GET MUPDF IF YOU REALLY WANNA READ THE PLETHORA OF CLASSICAL HOMEOPATHIC LITERATURE AVAILABLE ONLINE

MUPDF IS A MUST IF YOU FOLLOW MY BLOG AND WANNA MAKE A CLASSIC DIGITAL LIBRARY EVERY HOMEOPATH DREAMS OF, READ ON…

The fastest PDF renderer i have come across ever. MuPDF is tailored for high quality anti-aliased graphics(High quality pdf book those you gonna find in my blog afterward  / 20+ Mb pdf files found in archive.org). It renders text with metrics and spacing accurate to within fractions of a pixel for the highest fidelity in reproducing the look of a printed page on screen.

MuPDF is also small, fast, and yet complete. It supports PDF 1.7 with transparency, encryption, hyperlinks, annotations, searching and more. It also reads XPS and OpenXPS documents. MuPDF is written modularly, so features can be added on by integrators if they so desire.

But as with everything it also has some con that actually never bothers me. Since the application focuses on speed and small code size, it doesn’t come with interactive features like for filling for instance. And the user interface only displays the PDF; to navigate through the PDF file (next page, rotate, zoom, search for text, go to a page and so on), you must use keyboard shortcuts as explained.

MOUSE AND KEY BINDINGS
In addition to the key bindings described below, the mouse can also be used. Clicking the left mouse button follows links within the PDF while dragging with the left mouse button pans the page. Dragging with the right mouse button selects an area and copies the enclosed text to the clipboard buffer. Using the scroll-wheel while pressing Control zooms in/out, if Shift is pressed on the other hand then the page is panned

L, R     Rotate page left (clockwise) or right (counter-clockwise).

h, j, k, l / navigation arrows    Scroll page left, down, up, or right.

+, –   Zoom in or out.

w     Shrink wrap window to fit the page.

r      Reload file.

m    Mark page for snap back.

t      Pop back to the latest mark.

[0-9]m    Save the current page number in the numbered register.

[0-9]t      Go to the page saved in the numbered register.

123g      Go to page 123.

/            Search for text.

n, N       Find the next/previous search result.

c           Toggle between color and gray scale rendering.

Thanks.
